Cancellation by Customer
- 72 Hours or More Before Tour: Full refund or option to reschedule, subject to availability.
- 48–72 Hours Before Tour: 50% refund or option to reschedule (one time only).
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Tour: No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Note: All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@bloomingtonnormalfoodtours.com. The time of cancellation is based on when we receive your email.
No-Shows
Guests who do not show up at the scheduled tour time and location will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour start time.
Late Arrivals
Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you may miss part or all of the tour. Refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals are not available.
Cancellations by Food Tours of Bloomington Normal
In rare cases, such as severe weather or unexpected events, we may cancel a tour. If this occurs:
- You will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- We will notify you as early as possible using the contact information provided at booking.
Group Bookings and Private Tours
For groups of six or more or private/custom tours:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total paid.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled tour.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
